These are:<\/p>\n<p><b>Dental Public Health<\/b> &#8211; Which is the study of dental epidemiology and social health policies<br \/>\n<b>Endodontics<\/b> &#8211; Which is root canal therapy<br \/>\n<b>Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology<\/b> &#8211; Which is the study, diagnosis, and often the treatment of oral and maxillofacial related diseases<br \/>\n<b>Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology<\/b> &#8211; Which is the study and radiologic interpretation of oral and maxillofacial diseases<br \/>\n<b>Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery<\/b> &#8211; Which is the extractions and facial surgery<br \/>\n<b>Orthodontics<\/b> &#8211; Which is straightening of teeth<br \/>\n<b>Pedodontics<\/b> &#8211; Which is pediatric dentistry for children<br \/>\n<b>Periodontics<\/b> &#8211; Which is treatment of gum disease<br \/>\n<b>Prosthodontics<\/b> &#8211; Which is the replacement of missing facial anatomy by prostheses such as dentures, bridges and implants<\/p>\n<p>Often times visiting the Dentis is an un-nerving situation.
